Lightfolk's Conspiracy Theory of Everything
Preface
Efforts to stifle theories that involve powerful people in conspiracy to shape events that directly benefit their cause succeed in doing these things and keeping them secret by forcing three main thought patterns upon the rest of us:
- We have no reason to lie to you.
- It would be impossible for so many people to keep a secret.
- Only crazy people think otherwise.
This campaign has been so successful that these three 'facts' pop to mind for 99% of the populace whenever a contrary theory is proposed.
Therefore:
- Do not think that the conspiracy will be revealed one day.
- Do not expect that the majority of people will eventually realize what's happening.
- Do not become discouraged when they look at you like they will if you try to tell them.
Contrary to what many believe, there is no need of guns to control us or gifts to placate us. It is in our nature to want to follow a leader and the majority of humans will never break out of that mold. It's just too hard and hurts too much to try.
